An electronic catalogue is available at https://katalog.botanospol.cz, but it is not yet finalised.

The library was established in 1919 and contains many volumes, including ancient ones, from different fields of botany. Besides vascular plants, publications dealing with algae, lichens and fungi are available. New publications from various parts of the world are mostly obtained by exchange of journals published by the Society, especially Preslia.
