This nineteenth part of floristic contributions summarizes records of species newly discovered in the Czech Republic (Carex agastachys, Ficaria ×sellii, Pilosella bauhnini × P. glomerata × P. officinarum, Rubus juennensis, Stellaria ruderalis, Taraxacum atactum and T. planum) and records of alien species found in the Czech Republic for the first time (Clarkia amoena, Dracocephalum parviflorum, Elymus obtusiflorus, Galega orientalis, Impatiens edgeworthii, Knautia macedonica, Kniphofia ×praecox, Ligularia przewalskii, Linaria purpurea, Miscanthus ×giganteus, Mollugo verticillata, Nassella tenuissima, Oxalis exilis, Perovskia ‚Blue Spire‘, Phacelia congesta, Polypogon viridis, Sporobolus vaginiflorus and Veronica gentianoides).
Furthermore, critically endangered species (according to the Red List of Vacular Plants of the Czech Republic) are reported from new localities (e. g. Arnoseris minima, Asperula arvensis, Botrychium matricariifolium, Bromus secalinus, Chimaphila umbellata, Cystopteris sudetica, Elatine alsinastrum, Epipogium aphyllum, Filago germanica, Himantoglossum adriaticum, Hypericum pulchrum, Pseudognaphalium luteoalbum, Utricularia ochroleuca and Viola kitaibeliana).
Finally, less rare and threatened species are reported from phytoegographical districts where they had not been recorded yet (Dipsacus laciniatus, Melampyrum subalpinum, Pilosella glomerata and Scirpus radicans).
