This contribution provides new records of lichens from seven localities in the volcanic area of České středohoří Highlands and its immediate surroundings. Two sites, protected areas Kuzov and Sluneční stráň, were explored in detail, five only briefly. Most records come from volcanic rocks, mainly from basalt, nephelinite, tephrite, and trachyte. A total of 203 lichen taxa and two lichenicolous fungi were recorded during the surveys between 2021 and 2023. Placopyrenium cf. canellum is reported here from the Czech Republic for the first time. Rinodina obnascens and Verrucaria tenuispora are published from their second localities in the country, R. teichophila from the third one. Aspiciliella intermutans, Bacidina omnicola, Carbonea vitellinaria, Lecanora argopholis, Lecidea fuscoatrina, Pertusaria amarescens,
P. pseudocorallina, Rimularia insularis, Rinodina moziana, Sclerococcum saxatile, and Xanthoparmelia tinctina represent other valuable records. Twenty-three specimens are supported by molecular ITS and/or mtSSU data.
