Abstrakt
Recently described lichen species Calicium montanum is recorded for the first time from the Czech Republic. It was found in a relict pine forest in the Vltava river valley, at the margin of the Protected Landscape Area (PLA) Blanský les in South Bohemia. Description, ecology and distribution of the species are shortly presented. Accompanying lichen species are listed and lichen bibliography of PLA Blanský les is reviewed.
